Xxentria's state-of-the-art PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) production line is the first and only roll-to-roll multi-functional PVD production line in the world. The magnetron sputtering and electron beam evaporation technology can be used in combination or used independently to coat a desired thin film onto a metal substrate. PVD finishes currently include titanium-coated stainless steel, copper-coated aluminum, and stainless steel-coated aluminum. Additional customized metal materials are available upon request. The annual production capacity reaches up to 140,000 square meters.
